The service, communication, and attention to detail, It was not clear that there had to be a smaller truck to load the things. It also had to be hand carried from the apt truck on both ends. We had an issue with one of the cabinets closing properly.

I had alternative quotes that were cheaper, but I had to do this from a distance and I had to rely largely on the initial phone contact I had. I was very impressed with the staff. The delivery dates changed: it happened a little faster than envisioned. We were notified properly of the change in time/date.

The movers told me they could not switch numbering on cartons to which part of the house the cartons end up. They should be able to place the cartons in the same rooms as the items were located.

They did break a couple of things by accident. We had white glove service for a grandfather's clock and a piece of marble.
