Overall, the process was great starting with meeting the sales rep & working with the driver on this move.

The guys were really nice. They were great, nice and kind. They had great attitudes. I was only present for the delivery.

Moving is suppose to be difficult but this was a good experience. I have another kid who is moving and we need help with that. If someone could give me a call about that I would appreciate it.

Everything was great. But the carpet was left dirty after the move. The main floor carpet was filled w/mud at the end.

We got excellent service on both ends. When loading the truck. They told us when they would get here, and they were here. Overall it was a good experience.

The crew that was here was polite and helpful. They moved items twice and took care of allowing enough room to move. They were courteous.

The fact that the driver did what he said he would do & was very careful. Everything was done as promised. I would like to have posted to the Twitter or Facebook page, but my computer is still in the box.

I'm extremely satisfied. The move was fantastic. Allied did everything that was promised. Allied was very efficient and great.

I think the communication, and how well they handled the move was great. The guy who moved the piano knew what he was doing. The whole process went smoothly.

The overall experience from the time I called for an estimate to the end of the process is what most influenced my rating. Another important part of it was the competetive pricing. Another important part was the complimentary supply of boxes, the professionalism of my goods being delivered, the care of my goods, & the employees.

The driver and the crew was totally awesome. If you can give the gift certificate to the driver and his wife.

Everything went smoothly. The driver and crew was a couple hours late to load, only because we had to switch cars.

The move was essentially effortless, on schedule and no negative surprises so far. They were very professional.

I was very satisfied with everything, the delivery date, and the service coordinator was constantly calling to make sure everything was good.

I rated a ten b/c we have used them before and this was some extra things being sent to us and we recommeded Allied to the sender.

The individual that came to my home and gave me the estimate and talked to me about how everything would work.

The office people that I first dealt with, the gentlemen that came to pack the dishes and the gentlemen that came to move the items to the truck,especilally Jesus he was absolutely outstanding.

They were very helpful, friendly and efficient. They were very professional. Although they arrived on time, it took them an hour to start b/c of the size of the original truck.

The professionalism, it was done when they said that they would be finished. They also arrived on time, which was important.

It was easy to get accomplished, the transition was fine, they communicated well, it was smooth & the driver did an excellent job. The driver had to wait on me for a little while & he didn't mind.

The care and eveyone was really pleasant. The representative was on top of everything and called me everyday. The crew was nice as well.

I liked the guys that helped us move. The crew was friendly, accommodating & did everything really well.

They did what they said they were do. The people was just lovely. Four boxes are missing. They were careful and considerate. They were lovely picking up and delivering.

It was all the things that you asked, to the packing, the driver and the communication by the whole company. They took care with the packing and the crew took care with the loading and the unloading.

The service was timely and I feel things went smoothly also I was happy with how much care they showed me and my belongings.

There was confusion with the crating crew and what they were suppose to crate and we had to make several calls to get the issue corrected. I do not think I should have to go through issues like that.

The pricing was competitive & it was also a guaranteed price. Some insurance was bundled into their quote. Everyone involved was very professional. I had requested that my brother-in-law be the contact person at the loading end since I would not be there. Instead, they called me.

Allied Van Lines did a very good job. The delivery team knew what they were doing. They were very courteous and professional.

The service level and the people that performed the work, especially the guys who delivered it. They really had to work hard.

It was the first time I ever moved and everything went smooth. They were so quick and everything was in good shape.

I had a previously very good experience and I had excellent coordination. I had to be flexible with the day because of the weather the driver was flexible.

It was a lot easier than expected. I do believe there are some missing items. It was a simple move. The packing crew didn't leave notes for the movers.

The ppl who worked w/ me. It was really clear as to what would be happening. The crew was on time. The crew was familiar w/ each other. They worked well w/ each other & communicated well. The crew was thorough & worked very safe. Their overall attitude was respectful to me. They communicated effectively w/ me. I used Allied 3 times & this was the best, but the others were good as well.

I wanted to move immediately, you were very accommodating. I was appalled at the price and you allowed me to use used boxes and paper. We made it happen as quickly as possible.

I had no stress. The people from Allied took care of everything. There was a check off list & it made my move great. Allied was great.

The packer and the driver were extremely good. The original salesman was extremely knowledgeable. The pricing was reasonable as well.

The general attitude, Pete, Franklin, and Tree they were upbeat and such a pleasure to work with they received a large shipment and got it done in a rapid rate. There were hugh chess and they were able to unpackthem and put them where we told them to be. Pete was fantastic he communicated well with me and my sister on prior things and everything related.

The punctual service. The driver was phenomenal, personable & aware it was a big move. The driver was good with my daughter. The loading and unloading crew was early.

I would not use any other company but this company, there is no other company better then this one, they move the government and all the big companies.

It depends on the locality, if it was the same people I would say 10 but there's an Allied everywhere.

The flawless process from start to finish influenced my rating. We moved around a lot, and this was by far the easiest move we made.

I had them before, they were responsive over the phone, they came to evaluate the move, I find that wonderful. It just worked, it was very calming for me. Allied is on my side. One of the packers packed for me before, was organized and labeled the boxes, they did a great job. The company was great. There should be a follow through after the delivery.

Allied did everything they said they would do, they took care of my property and they were also very courteous.

The crew was very good and was one of the best crews that I have ever seen during a move. The driver, the crew, and the local agent was outstanding. If and when I move again I would like to request the same crew.

The professionalism of the driver and the crew. The driver was named Sam Gomez and the two crew members were Aaron Lamas and Anthony Johnson. They are the reasons I am giving Allied the score. I think the agent over estimated the weight. I have not heard from him about the adjustment that was to be made in the pricing as a result of the difference in the weight.

Allied did an excellent job, from the time of the evaluation of how much it would cost to getting the guys there and moving us. They did a great job. We didn't have to worry.

The customer service was great. I liked the follow up I got from the rep in Seattle. The rep was very reachable and I was happy with the price.

I am very satisfied with how Allied is handling my move so far. I've used Allied in the past and they were very professional. My items will not be delivered until the 20th of June.

Everything was done as promised, everyone was professional and everything went w/o a hitch. Which doesn't happen very often.

THEY WERE SO COURTEOUS. STARTING OFF WITH THE FIRST REP WHO CAME. HE HAD THE BOOKLETS, WHAT MY RESPONSIBILITIES WERE. HE WAS VERY COURTEOUS. AND AS SOON AS HE GOT BACK TO HIS JOB HE GAVE AN ESTIMATE.

The professional attitude of the movers in the truck, as well as that of the whole team, influenced my rating. I'm just not a Facebook or Twitter person.

The move was complicated b/c we had a lot of pick ups but the move was handled well by the driver and his staff. Part of my lamp went missing during the move.

I feel like I received good srvc on the move and I was always kept up to date w/ what was going on or when it was going to happen.

Easy to work with & easy to communicate when calling with any questions, I would get a response and a thorough response. Accommodating service and made sure that I was satisfied. Everyone was great. Cristal was great & easy to work with & the driver and crew made sure to secure my items.

We have move with them 5 times. This was the best move yet. It was a great experience. The packer crew, loading crew, and the driver were great. It was the entire move.

We moved thirteen times, and we used various moving services; my husband and I both said that this was the easiest and best move of them all. Everybody was very nice, and we were really pleased.

The care they took with my possessions. I have one complaint. I paid for a box for my large screen TV and the movers didn't use the box. They just put it into the truck with a cover over it.

Everyone did a pretty good job. The only I want to complain about is I paid $100 dollars to have my flat screen TV packed carefully. They just wrapped my TV with a blanket.

Everything was extremely well done. Everyone was excellent and there is no reason why I would tell someone not to use Allied Van Lines.

The driver and Mike, the co-ordinator. Everybody called and did what they promised, also everybody responded when I called. I haven't unpacked so I don't know how everything arrived.

The person that picked up and dropped it off was professional, quick, courteous, and efficient. They were with my stuff the whole entire time.
